Pepsi POSM Installation

Case Overview:

Challenge:

SPVB partnered with CPM Vietnam to install and maintain POSM across the nationwide General Trade (GT) channel. Beyond high-quality in-store execution, the program required fast deployment to meet strict timelines and a robust reporting capability to track rollout progress across a wide, fragmented outlet network.

The key challenge was scaling consistent Pepsi brand visibility—while keeping installation standards, maintenance discipline, and clear field updates across provinces and cities nationwide.

Solution:

CPM successfully executed a nationwide POSM deployment rollout, covering posters, hangers, banners, and an expanded set of storefront tools across all provinces and cities in Vietnam. To maximize efficiency and visibility control, CPM integrated a cloud-based reporting system enabling:

  • Real-time reporting: instant installation status and updates

  • Outlet mapping: detailed tracking of all participating outlets

With standardized field governance, CPM ensured consistent in-store execution while managing large-scale rollout speed and quality nationwide.

Outcome:

The program boosted Pepsi’s visibility across 34 provinces, supported by real-time updates and outlet-level tracking.
